Common service language

The common service language is essential to build an excellent service minded organisation. Moovs develops the common service language via a moulding session with a project team, composed of various layers of the organisation.
In this way the service language will be comprehensible for everybody of the organisation. You determine which behaviour and values are important to provide excellent service. Starting point is making a difference and visualise your distinctive positioning as an organisation in specific behaviour. For this we use the angle of Hospitality in a similar way as in catering. Next to that we use the 6 phase sales-model of Moovs; Attitude, Attention, Action, Analyses, Active sales and Closure.
