Why this training?

Moovs focusses on making people conscious aware of the impact one has on the other. This requires that one has a high self-awareness and a high social awareness. From this awareness one can extend the array of impact-increasing actions. Here, we aim at the “inside” and the “outside”. Our vision focusses on enlarging acting out of your strength (talents, authentic), giving impact in respect of the moment of the setting. Concrete this asks steering yourself (self-management) and steering the other (relational management). Here you yourself are “the instrument” continuously.

After the trainings you have enlarged your repertoire of personal impact and you have insight into your impact on others. You have know-how about communication styles to deepen contact. You look at yourself (getting to know yourself) and you are aware of different roles of others and its influence on the personal impact.
