Why this training?

Teams have a joint responsibility for the total result. To realise this, one has to work together effectively. This requires getting to know each other (better) to be able to optimally use of each other’s qualities. From this situation, synergy is created, which guarantees a better result. We use several methods to establish a team profile. This is possible with MBTI or Insights.

Team members know their different personality types, the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) or colour types of Insights. They know how they can bundle and use their strengths together. Next to that, there are concrete plans for in the future and contribute together to realise (agreed) results.
