The target group

Entire Works Council


  • Clear image of the different powerful character traits of every Works Council-member and his or hers top 5 most powerful character traits.
  • Clear image of the 7 characteristics of an effective team and the link of every team member to these characteristics – what have we got, what do we miss, what can everybody deploy, what can we develop in helping and situational character traits.
  • Determine where one stands for as a Works Council and where one wants to be in one year.
  • Learning lessons from the past and define guidelines for success.
  • Thinking different to book new results.
  • Determine core values for the team.
  • In a structured manner (10 steps) setting up a work plan with clear agreements and objectives.


2 days with in the evening a relaxing activity and optional 6 follow up sessions (1 per month and later 1 per 2 months)


Day 1:

  • Introduction of the 2-day training
  • Workshop individual profiles based on the method of Values in Action, which gives us an understanding of the most powerful character traits of every individual and the team in total.
  • Examine individual reports and share with co-workers.
  • Exercise top characteristics and deploying these too much or too little
  • Discuss team profile – what have we go and what do we miss.
  • Define strengths-weaknesses of the team.
  • Relaxing team activity (Moovs can propose options, if desired, like workshops sushi making, barista workshop etc.)

Day 2:

Making a work plan to realise the best year until now of this Works Council. As a support method, we use the method of Best Year Yet® (BYY). BYY is a programme focused on taking both a team and an individual to a higher level. The strength of the programme is to realise change to new results by combining the past and the future.
The programme enables teams and individuals to gain relevant results quickly through the creation of mutual objectives and trust in the feasibility of this.
Many teams experience that they are not fully using their potential. It lacks focus, they don’t set adequate priorities or they are distracted by events and activities outside the Works Council-work. These are situations, often recognised by Works Council-members. Best Year Yet® addresses these subjects, where people don’t fully commit. They reach the set objectives, know how to deal with changes and act according priorities. Next to that they have a clear vision on the right focus, they are more energetic and take this energy along in their work.

We go through 10 steps to finally get a plan on only 1 A4-paper.

Some of these steps are:

  • Where are we in a year from now?
  • What were our successes and disappointments in the last few months?
  • What do we do, being not that successful as we are able/want to be?
  • Which areas of attention are the most important ones for us and where do we focus?
  • Who is responsible for what?
  • What are the objectives per focus-area and the objectives for the first month?

We close with an evaluation of the 2 days and a look forward and possible appointments about follow ups.
