Best Year Yet® is a simple and powerful concept to realise year after year the best until so far. The programme enables organisations and individuals to achieve relevant results quickly, by creating mutual objectives and confidence in the feasibility of these. This enlarges the team spirit and cooperation. Best Year Yet® (BYY) is a programme aimed to take both a team and an individual to a higher level. Best Year Yet contributes in creating individuals who do, think and want at top level. Individuals who can truly move organisations. This programme is very suitable to be able to fully use their potential.

The programme is based on a simple and powerful concept. What if coming year will be the best year so far? What if every individual wants to deal with this in that manner, for his or hers own life, for the team, department and the whole organisation? The programme enables organisations and individuals to achieve relevant results quickly, by creating mutual objectives and confidence in the feasibility of these.

Many organisations experience that employees don’t fully use their potential at their work. They lack focus, they don’t prioritise sufficiently or they are distracted by events and activities outside work. Best Year Yet addresses those subjects, where people do not fully commit. They achieve what they aim for, know how to deal with changes and act according priorities. Next to this they have a clear sight on where to focus, they are more energetic and take this energy along to their work.

The Best Year Yet ® programme exists of a start training of three contiguous half-day sessions. After that follow 6 (pressure cooker) out of 11 separate half-days in the form of follow-up sessions, these last 4 hours each and can be spread over a half year of a full year.

As follow-up on a Best Year Yet team programme, the Best Year Yet Cascade is the designated programme to reach true alignment in the organisation at realising the desired performance/results or objectives.
