Why this training?


One thing is for sure: the only constant within an organisation is change! Examples are: merger trajectories, take-overs, cultural changes, structure amendments and changing cooperative partnerships.


And still many changing-processes don’t achieve the desired outcome, despite all efforts. Succeeding of organisational changes stands or falls with the willingness of the employees who undergo these changes. Organisational changes often require behavioural changes of employees. As a manager, project manager or advisor there is a fair chance that, at some point during the changes, you have to deal with resistance of your employees. Reactions like ‘they thought of something new again’ or ‘they never ask us anything’ will probably sound familiar.

The question is: How can you implement changes effectively? What, how and at which moment you communicate changes? How do you create commitment with the employees and how do you deal with resistance within a team?

During the training there will be focus for both the communication and the behavioural aspect at changes.

Results of the training

You are capable to recognise and respond to various roles of resistance of employees. It is also possible for you as a manager to create commitment for changes.
