InsideOut Coaching is designed to help organisations to realise ‘performance breakthroughs’ by shaping leaders and managers into effective managers / coaches with self-confidence. Programme points

InsideOut Coaching focusses on two primary elements to unlock performance breakthroughs:

  1. Insight in important elements of the human performances and how to influence these performances;
  2. learning and practicing a structured way of conducting coaching interviews, which are based on the world-famous G.R.O.W.® Model. The G.R.O.W. Model represents the four stages of decision-making.
