Why this training?

Team coaching is a specific style of management and support of teams, focused on the development of teams. Team coaching ensures significant improvements in the communication and cooperation of your team. Team members learn to better align with each other and to bring forward each other’s qualities. Thus, performances improve and the team is more than just a collection of all team members.

In the training the different aspects of team coaching will get attention. The team members and manager gain knowledge about estimating the development level of teams and the crucial skills for a team (coach). All kind of practical tools will be handed over and there will be frequent practicing. Core element is the skills with which you can enhance the level of team functioning of a group. A group that is growing, can be stimulated to take the step from discussion to dialogue. In the dialogue one is focused on clarifying each other’s images and ideas and to acknowledge these. One is not focused on rebutting or contradicting each other’s ideas and opinions. Socrates called the dialogue “the road to truth findings”. We call the dialogue the road to team learning, synergy and a mutual vision.
