We are Moovs and we guide and support strategic behavioral changes in people and organizations. We work closely with various clients,such as Albert Heijn, Pathé, KPMG, de Bijenkorf, but also courts and ministries. We advise our clients with creative suitable solutions to realize behavioral change within employees and organizations. These solutions can be developed within the clients’ organization, by us, or by co-creation between the client and us.  

Moovs is, together with Maxxecure, Public Domain, Savant Learning Partners and Moovs Digital, part of Group Moovs. Group Moovs guides her (international) clients in strategic behavioral development through coaching, leadership and cultural trajectories, training, courses and digital innovative events.

The function as Trainee Training Consultant

As a trainee you will fully participate in the daily operation. You will develop and provide a wide range of trainings about different topics, ranging from personal effectiveness to hospitality. By developing and providing training programs, you will also build up your own customer base.

Tasks that belong to your function:

• Developing and designing trainings;

• Providing trainings on various subjects and at different clients;

• Building your own customer base,through relationship management;

• Collaboration with customers(co-creation).

What does a week at Moovs look like?

You will give two or three days of training a week. The other days, you will work on developing new training programs, collaborate with (new) clients or help writing offers. Depending on your interest you can choose to work more hours on one of the activities and less on the others.

Who are you?

You did just graduate or you almost do and you are enthusiastic to start working as a trainee at Moovs. You are energetic, willing to learn, eager to develop yourself, have a high degree of environmental awareness and possess good communication skills. Preferably, you also have a completed master's degree.

We are looking for trainees who want to develop themselves for our different branches and therefore also on different subjects:

• Moovs (business, psychology, service, sales and leadership);

• Maxxecure (safety and resilience);

• Public Domain (public administration & psychology).

What do we offer?

We offer a training program with a duration of one to one and a half year, in which you will become a Training Consultant. You will work in an enthusiastic team, there are many career opportunities and we will provide you with plenty of time for self development. You can think about coaching and an extensive train-the-trainer training. Of course, we also offer a good salary, a telephone, a laptop and above all we have a cool office in the Pijp in Amsterdam!
