Your privacy is paramount for us.

Which personal data do we process
MOOVS processes personal data about you because you use our services and / or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Address details
- Phone number
- E-mail address
Why do we need this information?
MOOVS processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- For customer administration
- To be able to call you if this is necessary to be able to carry out our services
- To inform you about changes to our services and products
- To deliver goods and services to you
- MOOVS also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.
Special and/or sensitive personal data
We do not process any special or sensitive personal data via our website, as described in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
Our website is not intended to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have received permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16.
When you are convinced that we process special or sensitive data after all, or that we have been collecting personal data about a minor without consent, you can contact us via email@example.com. We will then delete this information.
How long we keep your data
MOOVS will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing with third parties
MOOVS will never sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. MOOVS remains responsible for these processing operations.
Our website may contain links to web pages of other providers for which we cannot guarantee the protection of your personal data.
Right of inspection, correction, removal
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we will contact you and possibly ask for a copy of your id. We hereby ask you to blacken your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. MOOVS will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within six weeks. MOOVS takes the protection of your data very serious and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alterations.
Our security measures are constantly being improved, in accordance with the technological developments.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device during the first access to our website.
MOOVS only uses technical and functional cookies. MOOVS also uses analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy.
The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and for your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. It also allows us to optimize our website.
Of course you can opt out of cookies by setting the internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously stored via the settings of your browser.
MOOVS uses social plugins (hereinafter referred to as buttons) from social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+, LinkedIn.
When you visit our website, these buttons are deactivated by default, i.e. no data is sent to the respective social networks without your intervention. Before you can use the buttons, you must activate them with a click. The button remains activated until you disable it again or delete the cookies in your browser. After activation, a direct connection to the server of the respective social network is established. The button is then transmitted directly by the social network to your browser and incorporated into the website by the browser. After a button is activated, the respective social network can already collect data, regardless of whether you actually click on the button. If you are logged in to a social network, this network can link the visit to this website to your user account. If you are a member of a social network and do not want this network to link the data collected when visiting this website to your account there, you must log out of the relevant social network before activating the buttons.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on what data the social networks collect with their social plugins.
